CA Kunal Kishore
Founder
Kunal is the Founder-Chairman of InvestAid India Pvt. Ltd. A seasoned industrial consultant and has been spearheading the industrial projects consultancy in India, he has 14+ years of experience in investment promotion and grounding of direct investments in India.
As former Lead Consultant with Department of Industries, Government of Bihar, he has exposure to ring-side view of industrial promotion, facilitation and aftercare. He has had the 360* exposure to the full-spectrum of direct investments in India. He drafted the industrial promotion polices for the Bihar Government including the universally well-acknowledged Ethanol Production Promotion Policy, 2021, Oxygen Production Promotion Policy, 2021, Amendments to Bihar Industrial Investments Promotion Policy, 2016, Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Act, 2016, Special Land Allotment and Amnesty Policy, 2020, et al. He also played a key role in finalising the slew of industry related reforms introduced by the State Government of Bihar.
During his stint with Bihar Government, he closely worked with then Industries Minister Hon'ble Syed Shahnawaz Hussain and Additional Chief Secretary/ Principal Secretary, Department of Industries. He played an engaged and active role in kick-starting the "new industrial momentum" in Bihar.
Kunal started his career working with HCL Corporation promoter-holding company of 6bn$ conglomerate with interests in Software, IT-hardware, Healthcare, Education, Philanthropy. Subsequently, he worked with Trifecta Capital, India’s first Venture debt fund. Since 2018, he has been in independent practice.

Umesh K Singh
Senior Director
Umesh Kumar Singh recently retired as Senior Deputy Director, Department of Industries and held the post of, among others, Chief Executive Officer, Udyog Mitra, investment facilitation agency of Government of Bihar.
He is a highly experienced professional with over 25 years of experience in investment promotion and facilitation. During his time as a Government Officer, he worked with the Department of Industries and was responsible for driving investment into the State. His efforts in this role have been widely recognized, and he has built a reputation as a skilled and effective leader in this field.
We are pleased that he has joined us as a Senior Director. In this role, he will be responsible for overseeing our investment promotion and facilitation efforts, ensuring that we are able to attract the best possible investment opportunities for our company.
With his extensive experience and deep understanding of the industry, he is well-positioned to help us achieve our goals. He has a proven track record of success, and we are confident that he will be an invaluable asset to our team.

Dr Madhavi Rana

Madhavi is a highly qualified and experienced dentist with a Bachelor of Dental Sciences (BDS) degree from a top university. She spent the initial 05+ years practicing as a Dentist with one of India's most reputable dental chains, honing her skills and gaining valuable experience in the field.
In recent years, she has shifted her focus to a new and exciting role: assisting medical entrepreneurs in setting up their own hospitals, nursing colleges, and medical colleges. She has already helped a number of these establishments get off the ground, offering expert advice on market potential, access to finance, and government subsidies.
With her deep knowledge of the medical industry and her experience in setting up successful businesses, she is well-positioned to help aspiring medical entrepreneurs achieve their goals. She is committed to helping these individuals navigate the often-complex process of starting a medical establishment, offering guidance and support every step of the way.

As a specialist in industrial licensing, he is well-versed in the various regulations and requirements that businesses must comply with in order to operate legally and efficiently. This includes obtaining Environmental Clearance, Pollution, Labour, Fire, Ground Water, PESO, SIPB approval as well as availing of any subsidies or other incentives offered by the government to support the establishment of new factories and units.
He has extensive experience helping businesses navigate the complex and sometimes confusing world of industrial licensing, and am dedicated to providing the highest level of service and support to my clients.
